Babble & Bond | Language Group for 3-6 months
This group session is designed specifically for Deaf infants aged 3 to 6 months and their caregivers. It is an engaging introduction to visual language for both babies and their caregivers. In a supportive setting, families will learn strategies for fostering early communication and connection using American Sign Language (ASL) as the foundation.
Through stories, routines, and responsive caregiving strategies, caregivers will learn how to support their baby’s visual attention, joint engagement, and emerging communication skills. Each session is led by a Deaf language interventionist and an ASL-fluent speech-language pathologist and emphasizes natural, accessible language exposure and child-caregiver bonding.
